Q. Can I buy additional keyword phrases?

A. You can upgrade your package up to the Platinum package, which will add another URL and 3 additional keyword phrases. Beyond that you would need to purchase additional packages proportionate to your needs.

Q: How will I know the keyword phrases I choose are acceptable and available?

A: We will research your choices and notify you by email. If your choices are already taken we will suggest alternates.

Q. What if I have multiple domains?

A. Not a problem. The platinum package offers 2 urls with up to 3 keyword phrases each. If you need more you can add as many packages as necessary.

Q: Can I use different Search Engines than the ones listed?

Q. What if I need help or have questions?

A. Through the GIM site you have access to the industries best support program. You can either choose the instant chat option, phone call option or email. You can chat with a trained representative handling your account. Additionally you can follow the progress of your project by logging into the site. Chat support is available from 8am to 6pm EST. Phone support from 8am to 6pm EST. Both are available with a click of your mouse through our web site.

Q: Will I be assigned a particular support representative?

Agreement and Cancellation

Q: Why do I have to commit to 12 months?

A: This program is designed to make it possible for small business people to be able to compete with the larger companies by having their web site posted at the top of the search engines. Most sites post in 10 - 15 business days. This is normally an expensive process however through each merchant's commitment to this program we are able to keep the cost as low as it is. Q: What if my payment is late or my credit card is declined?

A: All payments must arrive at Global Inet on or before the due date. This is not different than any other advertising venue. Any payment received after would result in the listings coming down until the account was made current. Any account which goes more than 30 days delinquent will result in the permanent deletion of that url from the system and the balance of the agreement would be due. GIM works very hard to communicate with all clients to avoid such an occurance.

Q: Can I cancel my agreement once I am listed?

A: Yes you can. You would send in the 90-day cancellation fee equal to 3 months payments and the balance of the agreement would be voided.
